​​I work with men and women ranging from those lucky enough to be in their late 30's all the way up to mid-80's and beyond. As a EXERCISE REFERRAL SPECIALIST I am also qualified and experienced to provide a TAILOR MADE PROGRAM to help you cope with and alleviate symptoms of  many conditions - from ARTHRITIS and DIABETES to JOINT REPLACEMENTS and COPD. Physical Activity and a healthy Lifestyle, is the key to all round strength, wellness and vitality.​

One to One Sessions last for 60 minutes and range from £50-£30 per hour depending on commitment with concessions available for Couples & Pairs.​
